purposes. These are pressure vessel steels supplied primarily in the normalized
or normalized and tempered condition, depending on the grade and delivery
requirements.
EN
10028-3 steel sheets and plates provide high strength, good weldability, excellent
toughness, and reliable performance in pressure vessels, boilers, storage
tanks, heat exchangers, and other pressure equipment. The NL1 and NL2 grades
are designed for applications requiring improved impact toughness at lower
temperatures.

example, P275 grades have a minimum yield strength of 275 MPa for thicknesses
up to 16 mm, decreasing to 215 MPa for thicknesses from 150 to 250 mm. P355

370 MPa depending on thickness.
