Product Name: Titanium Anode Basket Material: Gr1, Gr2 Size: Customized Application: Anodizing Electroplating Plating Shape: Rectangular, round and spiral etc. Titanium Anode Basket For Plating Product Information: Material: Gr1, Gr2 Size: Customized Application: Electroplating, anodizing, plating etc. Surface: Sand Blasting, Acid Washing, Brush Coating etc. Shape: Rectangular, round and spiral etc. Key Points of Titanium Basket Design: 1. Titanium has poor electrical conductivity. Generally, the energizing current of the hook outside the water is not more than 0.24A/mm2, and the current of the hook in the water is not more than 1.5A/mm2, otherwise the hook body will heat up, causing the temperature of the electroplating solution to rise, and the cooling capacity increase, waste electrical energy, and even damage the plastic tank due to heat. 2. Titanium basket hook and electrode generally do not use flat or round surface contact, this method is easy to cause poor contact and cause spot corrosion of the electrode. Its disadvantage is low strength at room temperature. It is usually used as heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. α Alloys can usually be divided into complete alloys α Alloy (Gr7), near α Alloy (ti-8al-1mo-1v) and alloy with a small amount of compounds α Alloy (Ti-2.5Cu). 2. ( α+β) Stability of alloy containing a certain amount α Phase harmony β Phase elements, and the microstructure of the alloy in equilibrium is α Phase harmony β Phase. ( α+β) The alloy has medium strength and can be strengthened by heat treatment, but its weldability is poor. ( α+ β) Alloys are widely used, and the output of Ti-6Al-4V Alloy accounts for more than half of all titanium materials. 3. β The alloy contains a large amount of stable β Phase elements can be used at high temperature β All phases were retained to room temperature. β Alloys can usually be divided into heat treatable alloys β Alloy (metastable) β Alloy and near metastable β Alloy) and thermal stability β Alloy. Heat treatable β The alloy has excellent plasticity in quenched state, and the tensile strength can reach 130 ~ 140kgf / mm2 by aging treatment. β Alloys are usually used as high strength and high toughness materials. The disadvantages are large ratio, high cost, poor welding performance and difficult machining. LADHANI METAL CORPORATION, MUMBAI, INDIA Company Information Ladhani Metal Corporation. Product Name: Titanium Plate Standard: ASTM B265 Material: GR1, GR2, GR5, GR7, GR12 Thickness: 0.5-100mm Length: 500-6000mm Or As You Require Width: 500-1000mm Or As You Require Surface: Pickling, Polishing, Sand Blasting Product Information Grade 7 titanium sheet (Ti-0.2pd) is a d-type titanium alloy sheet made from industrial pure titanium by adding a small amount of precious metal Pd. The addition of Pd not only significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy in reducing medium, but also improves its corrosion resistance in oxidizing medium. In various chlorine-containing media at high temperature and high concentration, the crevice corrosion resistance of grade 7 titanium alloy sheet is the best. Grade 7 titanium sheet also has the best resistance to crevice corrosion. Other grades of titanium sheets have similar properties, so this alloy sheet is widely used in the chemical industry. Grade 7 Because the addition of Pd increases the cost of titanium, when industrial pure titanium cannot meet the conditions of use, grade 7 titanium sheets are often used. Material: GR1, GR2, GR4, GR5, GR7, GR12 Russia Grade: BT1-100,BT1-0,BT6 etc. Standard: ASTM B265 Thickness: 0.5-100mm The size of standard sheet is 5/10mm × 1000mm × 2000mm. We can also cut it as you require. Surface: Pickling, Polishing, Sand blasting etc. Type: Sheet, plate, foil; Straight & roll State: R/Y/M

Titanium – Aerospace Applications Titanium is used in engine applications such as rotors, compressor blades, hydraulic system components and nacelles. Titanium 6AL-4V alloy accounts for almost 50% of all alloys used in aircraft applications. Due to their high tensile strength to density ratio, high corrosion resistance, and ability to withstand moderately high temperatures without creeping, titanium alloys are used in aircraft, armor plating, naval ships, spacecraft, and missiles. For these applications titanium alloyed with aluminium, vanadium, and other elements is used for a variety of components including critical structural parts, fire walls, landing gear, exhaust ducts (helicopters), and hydraulic systems. In fact, about two thirds of all titanium metal produced is used in aircraft engines and frames. Titanium – Consumer and Architectural Applications Titanium metal is used in automotive applications, particularly in automobile or motorcycle racing, where weight reduction is critical while maintaining high strength and rigidity. Titanium is used in many sporting goods: tennis rackets, golf clubs, lacrosse stick shafts, cricket, hockey, lacrosse and football helmet grills, and bicycle frames and components. Titanium alloys are also used in spectacle frames. The two most common Titanium alloys used in the cycling industry are 6AL-4V (Grade 5) and 3AI-2.5V (Grade). These two different alloys are both high strength Titanium and are both fairly common in the Industry. Titanium – Medical Applications Because it is bio-compatible (non-toxic and is not rejected by the body), Titanium is used in different medical applications including surgical implements and implants, such as hip balls and sockets (joint replacement) that can stay in place for up to 20 years. Titanium has the inherent property to osseointegrate, enabling use in dental implants that can remain in place for over 30 years. This property is also useful for orthopedic implant applications. Titanium is also used for the surgical instruments used in image-guided surgery, as well as wheelchairs, crutches, and any other products where high strength and low weight are desirable. The unique qualities of titanium also prove to be MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and CT (Computed Tomography) compatible.
