Combining 1 ″ titanium shaft and copper hook, maximize the required time, part of the rack, and maximize the space. Titanium can be reused, with long service life and strong corrosion resistance, making it a better choice than any aluminum shelf. It can also better connect parts, even anodize, and even absorb dyes. The discs are 220mm,250mm or 270mm diameters and mounted on a 1"(25mm) shaft. There are different shape discs,such as spine disc,split finger disc,dished disc etc.It is recommended that you clean and / or degrease this product before using it. Features of Titanium Dished Disk For Anodizing: a. We use acid resistant titanium material, and the hook of the contact part of the conductive rod is made of the best red copper material. b. The current can pass freely without overheating and burning components due to too small section and too large resistance. c. The contact area with parts is small, and the contact parts will not produce local overheating and part combustion. d.
