OVERVIEW
Pneumatic and hydraulic pipe is by precision cold drawn, and then do the honing or skiving internal pipe. Use in pneumatic machinery, food machinery, or humid environments easier to rust. To ensure air hydraulic cylinder’s lifetime, doing plated internal diameter, let the internal pipe not easy to rust and have a longer service life of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders.
E470 & 20MnV6 are similar grades & are high tensile low alloy carbon manganese steel which are micro alloyed vanadium.
APPLICATIONS
Tubular parts for the automotive, oil and gas, construction, general engineering and agricultural industry, such as bushes, hydraulic cylinders, hollow shafts, rings, hollow rolls for conveyors, nuts, gear wheels, shafts, axles, stuffing boxes, spindles, drill jigs, rolls etc.
FEATURES
- Dimensional accuracy: cylinder wall thickness deviation, uneven thickness, diameter deviation, ovality is small.
- Surface quality: through the head, mandrel, furnace temperature control surface smoothness inside and outside the body, can better control the tube pitting, scale and other macro-defects, better meet the requirements of customers scraping rolled cylinder surface quality requirements .
- Mechanical properties: through the hot-rolling process or heat treatment process grades of mechanical properties to meet the BS EN 10297-1: 2003 and GB / T8163-2008 standards on the mechanical properties of the material requirements.
- Others: According to the customer's requirement, the sulfur content of 0.020% ~ 0.045% can be added to the E470 material to improve the machining performance of the cylinder tube and reduce the tool consumption of customers. For large-diameter piston market on the market, according to customer demand, can provide end-thickening cylinder tube blank, reduce customer cutting capacity.
