OVERVIEW
25CrMo4, is alternately classified as structural steel for heat improvement and as a boiler steel designed to work at elevated temperatures. It exhibits very good strength properties, high ductility, weldability and good hardenability. Compared to the 35HM and 34CrMo4 grades, after heat treatment it has slightly worse strengths, but it makes up for the lower properties with much better ductility.
25Crmo4 seamless steel pipe/tube is a common chromium molybdenum alloy steel pipe. It contains a lower carbon content compared with 42CrMo4 steel pipe.
25Crmo4 seamless steel pipe can be used in the manufacture of the corrosive medium under carburizing and quenching condition.
APPLICATIONS
Examples of applications for 25Crmo4 seamless steel pipe include structural tubing, connection rods, stem assemblies, tool holders, tubes for transportation of pressurized gases. It is also mainly used for a variety of applications in the oil and gas industry.

- Eelief annealing at 650 - 700℃
