With the progress of titanium welded pipe welding and heat treatment technology, the titanium thin wall welded pipe widely used single or multiple gun gun TIG/PAW from fusion welding, after welding using on-line heat treatment process, through optimizing welding, annealing process, make the parent metal, weld and heat affected zone microstructure close, basically eliminate the welding stress at the same time, make the weld microstructure of homogenization. By comparison, it is found that the weld composition of the titanium welded pipe is basically the same as that of the base metal, and the mechanical properties and anti-corrosion properties of the weld are the same as those of the base metal.
