Gr12 Titanium Hemispherical Head
Hemispherical head refers to the head composed of half spherical shell and straight edge (cylindrical short joint). The radius of curvature of the spherical shell is equal everywhere and the force is uniform. Compared with other heads, hemispherical heads require the smallest wall thickness under the same internal pressure. At the connection between the spherical shell and the cylinder with the same thickness, the edge stress caused by the change of curvature radius is only 3.1% of the overall membrane stress of the cylinder, which can be ignored. Therefore, the mechanical properties of hemispherical head are the best and the materials used are the most economical.

Spherical head, also known as spherical crown head, is a head formed by the spherical crown part of the spherical shell, including hemispherical head and non folded spherical head.
The spherical head has excellent forging, smooth surface, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, beautiful appearance and strong texture performance.
The applicable medium of spherical head is gas, liquid and steam.
Spherical heads are used in petroleum, electronics, chemical industry, medicine, textile, food, machinery, construction, nuclear power, aerospace, military and other industries.
Precautions for use of spherical head:
1. Carbon steel spherical head will crack in nitrate, ammonia, alkaline sodium and other environments. Explain to eliminate residual stress when ordering head.
2. Stress corrosion cracking of austenitic stainless steel will occur in the specific environment with chloride ions. Select appropriate materials when designing spherical head.
3. For carbon steel vessels requiring hot galvanizing or aluminizing, heat treatment shall be carried out first to remove residual stress

The density of titanium alloy is generally about 4.51g/ cubic centimeter, only 60 of steel, the strength of pure titanium is close to the strength of ordinary steel, some high strength titanium alloy exceeds the strength of many alloy structural steel. Therefore, the specific strength (strength/density) of titanium alloy is much higher than that of other metal structural materials, as shown in Table 7-1. It can produce components with high unit strength, good rigidity and light weight. At present, titanium alloy is used for engine components, skeleton, skin, fasteners and landing gear.
High thermal strength
The use temperature is several hundred degrees higher than aluminum alloy, can still maintain the required strength at moderate temperature, can work for a long time at 450500 temperature these two titanium alloys still have high specific strength in the range of 150500, and aluminum alloy at 150 than the strength decreased significantly. Titanium alloys operate at temperatures up to 500, while aluminum alloys operate below 200.
Good resistance to corrosion
The corrosion resistance of titanium alloy is much better than that of stainless steel when working in humid atmosphere and seawater medium. Resistance to pitting corrosion, acid corrosion, stress corrosion is particularly strong; Excellent corrosion resistance to alkali, chloride, chlorine organic articles, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and so on. But titanium has poor corrosion resistance to reducing oxygen and chromite medium.
Good low temperature performance
Titanium alloy can keep its mechanical properties at low temperature and ultra low temperature. Titanium alloys with good low temperature performance and very low gap elements, such as TA7, can maintain certain plasticity at -253. Therefore, titanium alloy is also an important low temperature structural material.

Gr7 Titanium Hemispherical Head
Dish-shaped head refers to the head composed of three parts: partial spherical shell, circular arc prayer side and good side (cylinder short treatment). Due to the abrupt change of radius of curvature at the junction between spherical shell and flanged edge, flanged edge and straight edge, the edge stress is much larger than the film stress caused by inner ash, and its mechanical properties are worse than that of spherical and elliptic head.
Because of the shallow disc head, the requirements of stamping equipment and mold are low, so it is more convenient to manufacture. Rarely used in force vessels, only where pressure is low and a reduced head depth is required or where a die is lacking.
The disc-shaped head is a continuous surface. The radius of curvature of the warp has a sudden change at the junction of three parts. As the curvature changes, there is bending stress. The result of the superposition of the bending stress and the tensile stress makes the stress in this part stand out from the other parts. Compared with the oval head, the stress distribution is not as uniform, but the machining is easier, so it is not ideal in engineering use. But when the mold processing of oval head is difficult, disc head is used instead.

Boiler Spare Part Anti-Corrosion Pressure Cover Plate For CFBC Fluidized Bed Boiler Heating Surface Tube Accessories Par
The tube shield is a common component of the heating part of tubes. It is usually used in power station boilers. The useful life of tube shield is 3-5years.
The tube shield has a variety of material and the selection of the material shall be subject to the original design of the boiler. The tube shield is divided into straight pipe and bend pipe.
The main effect of tube shield is to protect the pipe and increase the service life of the pipe.
Boiler Tube Shields are designed to eliminate major maintenance and downtime costs from boiler and condenser tube failure.
