The dish head refers to the element used to close the end of the container so that the internal and external media are isolated, also known as hemispherical heads/dish end/ Elliptical Dish End. The head of a cylindrical container is usually a revolving case. According to the shape of the head surface, it can be divided into convex shape, conical shape, flat shape and combination shape. Convex heads refer to heads with convex outer surface shape, such as hemispherical, oval, disc and unflanged spherical heads. Titanium dish head is the end cap on the pressure vessel and is a main pressure-bearing part of the pressure vessel. The role played is the sealing effect. First, the upper and lower bottoms of the tank-shaped pressure vessel are made, and the second is that the pipe is at the end and is not going to extend forward. Then a titanium dish head is used to seal the pipe in the form of welding. There are blind plates and caps that are similar to the functions of titanium dish head, but those two products can be disassembled. After titanium dish head is welded, it cannot be disassembled. With the progress of titanium welded pipe welding and heat treatment technology, the titanium thin wall welded pipe widely used single or multiple gun gun TIG/PAW from fusion welding, after welding using on-line heat treatment process, through optimizing welding, annealing process, make the parent metal, weld and heat affected zone microstructure close, basically eliminate the welding stress at the same time, make the weld microstructure of homogenization. In order to study the application technology of ultra-thin wall titanium welded pipe in the distillation seawater desalination, experts have studied and analyzed the heat exchange performance, mechanical performance, corrosion performance, preventing microbial adhesion and precipitation of non-condensible gas of ultra-thin wall titanium welded pipe, and compared with copper pipe, stainless steel pipe. The results show that the ultra-thin wall titanium welded pipe is the core component of distillation seawater desalination equipment, its wall thickness has been used in batches of 0.4mm, or even thinner, the product has excellent heat exchange performance, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, is the preferred material of distillation seawater desalination heat exchange tube.
